Listed REITs & YieldCo

Ichigo Investment Advisors (IIA) entered the J-REIT business in 2011. The two J-REITs that it manages is Ichigo Office (8975), a specialized office REIT that focuses on mid-size offices, and Ichigo Hotel (3463), a specialized hotel REIT that primarily invests in lodging-only hotels. IIA aims to maximize shareholder value via portfolios of these asset classes offering return stability as well as upside potential.
Ichigo Green (9282) listed in 2016 is a solar power YieldCo that offers investors an opportunity to invest in Japan’s rapidly expanding green infrastructure asset class. Ichigo Green has announced Japan’s first-ever ten-year earnings and dividend forecast, and aims to maximize shareholder value via a renewable energy portfolio that provides both return stability and growth potential.
